Jeddah Municipality has signed an agreement to operate \u201cMadinaty\u201d platform with Elm, the pioneer of digital solutions, in order to activate electronic control to operate and develop \u201cMadinaty\u201d, the control center, and other systems related to this platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The agreement, which was concluded in the presence of His Highness Prince Saud bin Abdullah bin Jalawi, Governor of Jeddah, was signed at the governorate’s headquarters by the Mayor of Jeddah, Saleh bin Ali Al-Turki, and the CEO of Elm, Dr. Abdulrahman bin Saad Al-Jadhai. The agreement aims to activate electronic control and business governance in order to implement and develop performance measurement mechanisms, ensure the compliance of licensed companies, operators, and service providers to ensure the preservation of public health and safety, improve the urban landscape, provide value-added services, and activate control over them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is worth mentioning that \u201cMadinaty\u201d is a unified digital platform that will facilitate controlling the management of waste movement, tracking the equipment of the contractors of the Municipality and service entities, and registering waste producers electronically, in line with the requirements of trackers to ensure the quality of service and the commitment of the producer and carrier through electronic contracting, automation of work procedures, and monitoring the movement of the large and heavy equipment system within Jeddah for infrastructure and entrepreneurial projects. \u201cMadinaty\u201d also offers the feature of following up operational plans and issuing field inspection reports electronically, including scheduling inspectors’ work and monitoring violations in accordance with the municipal laws and regulations related to the prevention of environmental pollution and random throwing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The platform also fully automates work procedures while linking them to Balady system, building permits, commercial licenses, operation licenses, waste control systems in force in Jeddah Municipality, and a number of stakeholders in the governorate.<\/p>\n\n\n
